Conditions for Return & Exchange

You may return or exchange an item if:

  1. You received the wrong product, size, or color.
  2. The product was damaged upon arrival
  3. The product was lost in shipment.

Discounted Products

Please note:

  • Items sold under discounts or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is damaged or defective.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. You can return or exchange any product purchased online within 7 days of receiving it.
  2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Inform our Customer Support Team within 2 days of receiving the product.
  4. You can also visit our designated Rong Buno outlets (if applicable) to process a return or exchange, subject to stock availability.
